External Affairs Minister of India offers condolence to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister

External Affairs Minister of India Mrs. Sushma Swaraj has offered condolences to Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Elmar Mammadyarov over tragic deaths in a fire at Republican Drug Rehabilitation Center in Baku.

She wrote in her letter: “ I am shocked to learn of the tragic fire at the Republican Drug Rehabilitation Center in Baku at which several lives were lost and many more injured. I convey my sincere and heartfelt condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. I wish the injured an early recovery”.
