NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Subject:  Invitation for competitive bids for cleaning services at office premises of Embassy of India, Baku [31/39 Oktai Karimov Street, Ganjlik, Narimanov District, AZ 1069, Baku, Azerbaijan].

1.         Sealed tenders are invited from the established, reputed and experienced firms for providing daily cleaning services at office premises of Embassy of India, Baku for two years with effect from April 01, 2015.

2.         Scope of work, terms, and conditions would be as follows:

• Vacuuming of carpets, dusting and polishing of furniture;
• cleaning of wooden floors, kitchen appliances, bath tubs, shower stalls, toilets, sinks & all sink fixtures;
• Removal of trash from all the trash containers and putting them into the outdoor Dumpster.
• Cleaning material will be supplied by the client. Cleaning of the office premises would be during the regular office hours (1030 hours to 1730 hours – 5 days from Monday to Friday) and any other time mutually agreed upon.
